"They're nice enough however they can never explain why my bill goes up $30 EVERY TWO MONTHS. It's always I have to wait for a bill break down and takes 3+ days. I'm being charged $353 a month for two 10 year old cars and renters that cost $20 a month. It's gotten beyond ridiculous and the "let me help get your bill down" is to cut uninsured drivers which is only a few dollars and both my husband and I have been hit by an uninsured driver, why would I cut that?? Yet I get calls constantly saying I should add this on to my insurance, like it's not expensive enough??
Ironically progressive and 2 others offered me the exact same coverage for $100 cheaper. But do they want to try to match that for a customer whose been with them for 18 years?? Of course not."

He was more patient about providing a new quote, and more knowledgeable about what specific terms could be adjusted for what reason.
